Role Description This is a full-time, on-site PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) Staff role based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The PPIC Staff will be responsible for planning and scheduling product availability in line with sales forecasts, orders, and inventory targets. Daily tasks include monitoring stock levels, coordinating with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams, and ensuring accurate data entry in inventory and planning systems. The role also involves analyzing demand and supply trends, preparing regular reports on stock status and order fulfillment, and recommending adjustments to prevent shortages or excess inventory. The PPIC Staff will collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives in planning and inventory control.
Qualifications

  • Strong skills in production planning, inventory control, and demand forecasting, with the ability to coordinate stock levels according to targets and lead times.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets and inventory or ERP systems, including data entry, reporting, and basic data analysis.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with procurement, warehouse, sales, and operations teams.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to interpret data, prepare concise reports, and propose improvements to planning and inventory processes.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Yogyakarta and familiarity with medical equipment distribution or healthcare logistics is an advantage.
  • Commitment to ethical conduct, accuracy, and confidentiality when handling operational and inventory data.
