About the role and practice
If you’re a patient-focused Treatment Coordinator looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment, look no further than Truro – Portman Smile Clinic Truro practice in Truro.
Working pattern is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Typical shifts are 8 am-5pm, 32 hours per week.
At this friendly 3-surgery, specialist Orthodontic practice, we care for both NHS and private patients.
About you
We welcome your application to our Treatment Coordinator vacancy if you have the following skills and qualifications:
Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Patient Care Advisor. We also welcome your application if you have sales experience gained in a customer-facing environment.
A positive attitude, empathy, and the ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues.
Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues, and providing exceptional standards of care.
