About the Job:
Liaise with various firm departments to assist with onboarding, annual evaluations, hiring, DEI initiatives, and attorney development.
Assist the human resources team by preparing welcome packet materials, orientation logistics, and new hire paperwork.
Compile and maintain records, take meeting minutes and notes, and connect with the team to fine-tune Associate program needs.
Deliver exceptional, responsive customer service to all internal employees, candidates, and clients.
Plan and manage memorable employee events and gifts to encourage staff engagement, taking charge of small and large tasks from invitation creation to venue selections.
Schedule meetings, generate reports, draft new hire announcements, and coordinate practice group meetings.

Degree in hand. You possess a Bachelor’s Degree with at least one-to-two years of previous administrative or HR experience in professional services. Prior law firm experience is ideal.
Technically efficient. You are skilled working across databases, with personnel information management and navigating MS Suite.
Fast-moving. You are skilled at pivoting through different tasks and take ownership of tasks start to finish.
People-oriented. You like earning people’s respect and trust by being the go-to person for your team.
Concise. Excellent communication skills are a must, including top-notch grammar and proofreading abilities.
