Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Effective time management
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of commercial loan documents preferable
Responsibilities
Preparing loan documentation to satisfy note requests
Reviewing loan documents for appropriate information
Reviewing loan documentation for accuracy
Conducting UCC searches and filings
Conducting commercial flood searches
Ordering Certificates of Good Standing
