Summary:
Christians Against Poverty, a Christian organization, partnering with local churches, with a Head Office in Hamilton, Ontario, is seeking a person-first, systems-oriented Operations Administrator (OA).Reporting to the Operations Director (OD), the OA is responsible for ensuring CAP is continually improving the quality and effectiveness of our internal operations and processes.
You will be joining a growing and

team, dedicated to our mission to inspire and equip church communities to walk alongside people facing financial insecurity, with practical tools and
innovative solutions
. We do this to demonstrate God’s love and
compassion
for those experiencing poverty.
