Job Description
- Identify wastes and implement process improvement
- Deliver cost-reduction action plan
- Measure the productivity of Cycle Time and Lead Time analysis
- Identify visual management opportunities to support optimization in the process flow
- Conduct regular gemba to identify any operation inefficiencies
- Support the operation team’s project
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from any major
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an express/logistics company as an Operation Excellence/Process Improvement
- Prior experience in implementing and improving Transport/Freight Management Systems (TMS/FMS)
- Strong Process Improvement skills (LEAN, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma Green Belt) and good Project Management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills (Kaizen & Lean skills will be an advantage)
- Experience as a facilitator and able to manage stakeholders
- Good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta
