Processing Specialist III – Data Entry Jobs in Monterey Park, CA at Deluxe

Responsibilities:
– Enter data into computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently
– Type, transcribe, and file documents as needed
– Perform order entry tasks and ensure accuracy of information
– Create and maintain spreadsheets using Excel, including the use of pivot tables.
– Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
– Assist with general office tasks as needed.

Skills:
– Proficient in computerized data entry systems.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Working understanding of Quick Books.
– Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.

-Working knowledge of Power BI or willingness to learn.

– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
