Operations & Finance Coordinator (Procurement & Admin)
We’re looking for a highly organized and reliable individual to support operations, admin, procurement, and finance coordination across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations
- Handle client billing, invoicing, and collections tracking
- Process supplier payments and manage purchase orders
- Source and coordinate with suppliers, including negotiations
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial tracking (Google Sheets)
- Support payroll coordination, reimbursements, and basic HR/admin tasks
- Assist with contract documentation and internal records
- Coordinate with accounting, vendors, and internal teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in operations, admin, procurement, or finance support roles
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, accountable, and able to work independently
- Comfortable handling numbers, payments, and documentation
- Able to work independently and improve systems/processes
Nice to Have:
- Experience with billing, disbursements, or bookkeeping
- Background in construction, design, or project-based businesses
