Operations & Finance Coordinator (Procurement & Admin)

We’re looking for a highly organized and reliable individual to support operations, admin, procurement, and finance coordination across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations
  • Handle client billing, invoicing, and collections tracking
  • Process supplier payments and manage purchase orders
  • Source and coordinate with suppliers, including negotiations
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial tracking (Google Sheets)
  • Support payroll coordination, reimbursements, and basic HR/admin tasks
  • Assist with contract documentation and internal records
  • Coordinate with accounting, vendors, and internal teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in operations, admin, procurement, or finance support roles
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, accountable, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable handling numbers, payments, and documentation
  • Able to work independently and improve systems/processes

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with billing, disbursements, or bookkeeping
  • Background in construction, design, or project-based businesses

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build structure, take ownership of backend operations, and grow with a fast-moving team of interior designers in the construction industry.
