Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented Procurement Administrator to join Qiddiya’s Tree Procurement Unit. You will work with the QIC Horticulture team, requiring strong organizational skills and experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Coordinate call-off orders, service orders, purchase orders, workflow approvals, document signatures, supplier communications, and maintain the supplier database.

Coordinate tree inspections from team to delivery, updating order trackers daily and maintaining clear records.

Maintain and update the approved vendor/subcontractor database for the project.

Assist in preparing requests for qualification and proposals, managing the solicitation, bid, and award processes for procurement of goods and services.

Support Project Managers in enforcing contract terms related to procurement, providing advice and solutions based on post-contract principles.

Perform all duties carefully, following client procurement policies and procedures.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

Minimum of 3+ years of work experience.

Procurement experience in engineering and construction firms or on the client side is preferred.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP Ariba.

Experience with project tracking and reporting.

Knowledge of supply chain reporting and management.
