Work Days :
Monday to Saturday
Office Location: Site Visits + Hybrid (2 Days in Office and Work from Home)
CTC: Rs.3,60,000 to Rs.4,80,000/- (Depends on your experience, current CTC, ability to pickup) + Health insurance benefits provided upon completing one year.
Know-How: Fluent in speaking English and Hindi, Google Search, Linked In Search, Google Drive, Google Docs, Conversion of currency and unit of measures like length/area/etc. with the help of google, Microsoft Office, Very basic sketching on paper for illustrating, Must be willing to use new software (with training).
Responsibilities:
Daily follow-ups/checking status for new tasks and ongoing tasks with vendors , suppliers and other stakeholders globally.
Consolidating emails/information to make SOW (Scope of Work) Documents with Drawings/Material Details/Product Specifications and put them in a better format such as a Table/ Statement/ Document/ etc.
Online searching for B2B companies based on specific products and locations. Example construction companies for signages, steel, etc. (From a Database, Google search, Linked In, Classifieds) & checking for relevant person and/or correctness of information/number/email.
Checking any purchase, sales, export and import documentation as per given checklist and/or formats with common sense.
Supplier Vetting and Quality Check Evaluating and verifying suppliers, visiting supplier locations to ensure product quality, negotiating pricing, and ensuring compliance with specific procurement requirements.
Coordinating with others in the company for tasks, billing, order placement, cost recording, etc.
Skills / Requirements:
Participate in only pleasant, welcoming, constructive and positive conversations/interactions with everyone in the office and outside.
Ability to remain calm under pressure, be Polite, Confidential , Positive Outlook/Intentions, Responsible , Diligent (Attention to Detail), Logical , Self-driven , Efficient and Economical in their approach.
Common sense to find alternative ways to get any information, for example if not google then Linked In or Just Dial or a Network, etc.
Good Interpersonal Skills and good communication skills (English and Hindi) with ability to be persistent i.e. good at following up / chasing in a pleasant manner. Must be able to understand requirements based on email, telephone and/or Whats App conversations and then manage/respond accordingly.
