Job Description
- Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing products and/or services to support company needs.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
- Prepares purchase orders, monitors delivery schedules, and resolves any supply or quality issues.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to align purchasing activities with project and budget requirements.
- Ensures compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and procurement best practices.
- Continuously seeks cost reduction and process improvement opportunities within the supply chain.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's from any related major.
- 2+ years experience in procurement, vendor management, or other relevant experience in e-commerce or technology companies.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, proficient in English to facilitate communications and collaborations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Strong ownership and team spirit.
