ABOUT THE ROLE

Sitting alongside the Fashion Division, the Lifestyle Consumer Products Division covers a vast

array of product categories, from Food & Beverage to Health & Beauty and even Home & Gift.

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who will be a key member of our team,

supporting a department managing licensees globally. The role will be of a supportive nature,

carrying out day to day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Reporting into the Senior Product Manager, this role will juggle multiple and diverse tasks with a

strong emphasis on organisation and attention to detail at all times. Ideal for a pro-active,

adaptable individual who can juggle a busy workload, multitask and who has a strong

understanding of how to prioritize and manage their time accordingly.

We are a small, dedicated team doing big things – positivity, agility and adaptability are critical

for this fast-paced role.

Responsibilities:

● Support Senior Product Manager to deliver Critical Path timelines.

● Provide administrative support for the Lifestyle team across all relevant systems.

● Managing invites and scheduling; internal and external meetings/Video Calls and

Tradeshow scheduling, booking meeting rooms.

● Ownership of the contact list; inputting new partner details to the business system &

department records.

● Managing the samples archive – collating assets from product approvals, trade shows,

photography. Ownership of sample storage system & upkeep.

● Update Category & range board presentations and Gap Analysis documents.

● Liaising with the Finance team to follow up on Royalty Reporting.

● Communicating with partners on seasonal asset launches.

● Managing marketing asset folders in keeping with critical path dates.

● Collating and documenting product approval comments to the system.

● Carry out comparison shopping / internet research.

● Support team with presentation preparation.

Requirements:

● Energy for a fast-paced role.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Expert organisational/administrative skills.

● Mid-level skills on Microsoft Office.

● Ability to work independently, flexibly and pro-actively.

● Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
