Key Responsibilities
· Provide regular reports on certification progress and updates on regulatory changes.
· Draft, review and manage for any business relevant letters, memos, reports, meeting minutes and presentation for management executive.
· Handle confidential information with discretion.
· Oversee daily business operations and ensure implementation of policies from HQ.
· Coordinate and maintain the daily and weekly meeting for regional sales team.
· Scheduling any relevant meeting for Executive and team members, ensuring that meeting and appointments are organized and recorded.
· Supervise, train, coordinate and collaborate with sales team to achieve organizational goals.
· Coordinate with various departments to gather relevant information necessary for reporting, meeting arrangement and data analysis.
· Learn and proficiently use the company in-house system to ensure accurate data entry and management of business operations.
· Responsible for the application, maintenance, and renewal of PMA certification for aerial work machinery Malaysia.
· Responsible for the application & inspection of Puspakom Inspection and JPJ Vehicle Ownership Certificate Application for others related machinery in Malaysia.
· Communicate with authorised agency & local certification bodies, submit certification applications, and follow up on approval progress.
· Establish and maintain product certification records to ensure document integrity and traceability.
Requirement:
· Bachelor’s degree or above.
· Familiar with office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Having the sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
· Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
· Posses own transport and valid driving license.
