🚀AI Product Manager
📍New York or San Francisco – Remote
A leading payments company is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join its AI platform team. You'll take ownership of core AI platform capabilities – reusable agents, frameworks, templates, and integration patterns – that underpin AI development across the business. You'll work closely with engineering, architecture, data science, and business teams to accelerate responsible AI adoption, ensure compliance and security standards are met, and manage vendor relationships and procurement processes. A key part of the role is driving internal awareness and adoption of shared platform assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business objectives
- Manage backlogs, author PRDs, prioritise features, and conduct model evaluations
- Act as the voice of the customer, engaging stakeholders to translate needs into platform capabilities
- Oversee vendor governance including RFPs, partner assessments, SOWs, and SLA reviews
- Champion reusability and standardisation, reducing duplication across engineering teams
- Drive platform adoption through enablement content, training, and internal communications
- Track usage metrics and iterate based on adoption data
- Keep pace with AI/ML industry trends and feed insights into product strategy
What You'll Need
- Solid product management experience, ideally within AI/ML or enterprise platform environments
- Strong grasp of large language models, agentic workflows, evaluation frameworks, and platform architecture
- Extensive experience in the FinTech industry (Payments experience preferred)
- Confident communicator able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels
- Experience influencing and aligning cross-functional teams
- Degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or equivalent experience
