Are you a student with a passion for organization, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage contracts and financial processes efficiently?  

 

The Production Administration Intern position might be for YOU, if:  

 

You have: 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field 
  • A strong passion for delivering high-quality work and great service 
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn 
  • Sharp attention to detail and solid time management skills 
  • A collaborative spirit and strong English and Vietnamese communication abilities 
  • (Bonus) Experience with submission processes to local authorities  

 

You’re good at: 

  

  • Supporting the Production Team with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks  
  • Assisting in preparing contracts and checking basic details before submission 
  • Creating Purchase Orders (POs) and preparing simple documentation for payments  
  • Following up with internal teams (e.g. Legal, Finance) to keep tasks on track  
  • Helping monitor payment status and flagging delays when needed  
  • Communicating clearly with team members and stakeholders  

 

You’re extra awesome at: 

 

  • Being proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment  
  • Managing multiple tasks with good attention to detail  
  • Supporting the team with a positive, can-do attitude  
  • Building good working relationships with teammates and partners
