Role Description
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily floor visits across all production departments
– Track customer orders from greige fabric to final dispatch
– Monitor fabric movement through Pretreatment, Printing, Finishing, QC, and Dispatch
– Identify bottlenecks, delays, and pending approvals
– Coordinate with Production, Planning, Marketing, QC, Laboratory, and Dispatch teams
– Prepare daily order status and bottleneck reports for management
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree preferred
– 2–5 years of experience in Textil requirements. Production, Merchandising, Planning, or Coordination
– Strong follow-up and communication skills
– Good understanding of textile production processes
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting
