Production Operator
Location: Batu Kawan, Penang, Malaysia
eTeam Memory Malaysia is looking for dedicated and motivated Production Operators to join our semiconductor manufacturing team.
Responsibilities
- Operate semiconductor manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform manufacturing processes within established specifications.
- Monitor product quality and report production issues.
- Perform basic machine setup and routine preventive maintenance.
- Follow safety, quality, and cleanroom procedures.
- Maintain production records and documentation.
- Work closely with team members to achieve daily production targets.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Manufacturing experience is an advantage.
- Able to work in a cleanroom environment.
- Willing to work rotating 12-hour day/night shifts.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
Working Hours
- Rotating Day & Night Shift
- 12-hour shifts
- 48 hours per week
- 4-Crew Shift
