Responsibilities and Duties:
Accurate and efficient data entry.
Conducting data research and analysis to identify priority houses for our sales agents.
Coordinating documentation and leveraging outside vendors for lead conversion.
Ensuring CRM/database organization (accuracy and up-to-date information).
Overseeing lead conversion and holding the sales team accountable.
Meeting with team members each morning to review performance, provide updates, and schedule assignments based on regions.
Managing and optimizing the daily schedules for team members to ensure alignment with company goals.
Required Software Proficiency:
Google Drive (Sheets: Formulas, Functions, Filters, Docs, Forms).
Adobe and Canva.
Zapier.
