We are a highway contractor seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. Duties
Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Schedule interviews and process applications for hiring.
Assist in invoice review and approvals.
Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Support human resources functions including payroll processing and employee onboarding
Maintain office supplies inventory and order as necessary.
Experience
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Experience in budgeting and financial management is a plus.
Familiarity with clerical duties such as data entry and document handling.
Knowledge of human resources processes including payroll is beneficial.
Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software.
