Summary

The Program Administrator works with the Center Director to manage and coordinate the administrative functions of the programs at Premier Academy. In a Program Administrator, we look for committed individuals who want tomake a differencein the lives of young children and their families, while effectively and efficiently running all Center operations.

Duties

Complete enrollment forms with parents and review policies and procedures during the enrollment process
Fulfill all record-keeping responsibilities to include tuition collecting and bill monthly financial reporting
Ensure children’s records are maintained with all health and medical documents requirements to include immunizations.
Ensure the accuracy of attendance records and rosters for all needed reports to include but not limited to Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP);
Georgia Pre-K;
Quality Rated Slots; CAPS and Early Head Start
Assist and manage subsidized tuition assistance programs
Greeting with all customers to include telephone and in-person.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with our families
Conduct tours of the facility
Order office supplies
Participate in staff meetings, center events and parent/customer meetings, as requested.
Assist the Center Director in the operations and management including human resources,quality assuranceand facility operations
Other tasks assigned by the Center Director

Requirements

Degree/Certificate in Business or related degree
1-2 years of work experience in a licensed childcare program in an administrative role
Be proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills

Able tomanage confidential information
Satisfy the mandatory physical and background checks that are required by the State and company regulations and procedures
First Aid. CPR Certification
Valid Driver’s License
Work well under pressure
Demonstrate excellent organization andleadershipskills
Understanding of marketing and general business procedures

Ability tocommunicate company policies and procedures in a clear manner to parents
Posses skills, attributes and characteristics conducive to and suitable for dealing with children, parents, coworkers, clients and management.

Must beenthusiastic and adaptable

Ability torespond appropriately in an emergency situation

Ability tobe flexible in assignment and work hours required

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Georgia Pre-Kindergarten Program

Knowledge of Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP)
