Program Coordinator I
Hiring Range: $19.23 to $25.00
Pay Range: $19.23 to $27.88
Program Coordinator II
Hiring Range: $21.20 to $27.56
Pay Range: $21.20 to $30.74
Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is seeking Program Coordinators responsible for managing projects or grants with specific end dates and providing high-level office support.
This position has two levels, offering increasing responsibilities and independence. Advancement depends on demonstrated ability to handle more complex tasks.
Qualifications:
SCF programs primarily serve Alaska Native populations affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI), and other Alaska Native and American Indian communities within SCF’s service area. Candidates should understand these cultures and community needs to help achieve SCF’s vision of wellness and its mission of collaborative health services.
High School diploma or GED.
Bachelor’s degree; OR four (4) years of administrative support experience; OR equivalent education and experience; OR demonstrated proficiency as an Administrative Support III at SCF.
Additional Qualifications for Program Coordinator II:
Two (2) years of Program Coordinator experience, including one (1) year in grant or project management; or demonstrated proficiency as a Program Coordinator I at SCF.
Native Preference:

Employee Health Requirements:
Employment requires compliance with SCF’s Employee Health procedures, including health screenings and immunizations before starting work. HCP positions require documentation of immunizations such as MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Influenza, T-dap, and COVID-19.
