2. About the Opportunity:
The Program Enrollment Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring students successfully navigate the enrollment and onboarding process for clinical training. This entry-level position is responsible for managing student documentation, coordinating with clinical sites for placements, and providing administrative support. The role directly impacts student experience and program efficiency by maintaining accurate records and facilitating smooth communication between students and clinical sites.
3. Responsibilities:
• Collect and track required enrollment documents from students
• Review documents for completeness and compliance with standards
• Follow up with students to resolve documentation issues
• Organize and bundle documents for clinical site submission
• Upload and audit document packages in internal systems
• Coordinate approval workflows with clinical site contacts
• Serve as a liaison between the organization and clinical site staff
• Track and escalate approval delays or issues
• Process enrollment records upon document approval
• Coordinate rotation start dates, site assignments, and onboarding
• Assist students with enrollment requirements and timelines
• Monitor and respond to student inquiries professionally
• Escalate complex student concerns appropriately
• Maintain consistent communication reflecting the organization''s voice
• Provide administrative support including data entry and calendar management
• Assist with maintaining internal trackers and procedures
• Support cross-functional projects and process improvements
• Perform additional duties to support team goals and student success
4. Requirements:
• Bachelor''s degree in healthcare administration, business, communications, or related field; or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professionalism and empathy
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital document management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment
• Preferred: experience in customer success, academic advising, student services, or healthcare administration
• Preferred: familiarity with CRM or enrollment management systems
• Preferred: experience coordinating administrative workflows among multiple stakeholders
• Preferred: exposure to medical education, clinical training, or international student support
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Competitive salary of $50,000 to $53,000 annually
