• Greet and assist visitors in a detail-oriented and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.

• Manage the front desk area, including answering and directing phone calls and responding to inquiries.

• Use office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for scheduling,

document management

, and other administrative tasks.

• Coordinate and organize meeting rooms and office spaces to support the needs of tech startups.

• Provide guidance and support to community members by using platforms like Slack and other

communication

tools.

• Maintain an organized and welcoming workspace, ensuring supplies are stocked and the office runs smoothly.

• Assist in coordinating programs and events for the community as needed.

• Respond to emails and other correspondence promptly and efficiently.

• Support the team in additional administrative tasks as required.
