Summary:

This position is responsible for providing the highest quality customer experience to both of our external and internal customers, by scheduling service appointments in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to think logically to coordinate service calls to the satisfaction of both of the customer and branch office. Attention to detail, focus and the ability to communicate effectively are a must.

What You’ll Do:

Answering customer calls in reference to billing, account information, general customer inquiries.
Proactively reach out to our external customers to assist with accounts receivable, quality assurance and technical information.
Maintaining customer database with new customer information, updating customer information.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues that may arise.

What You’ll Need:

H.S. Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2-Years office setting customer service experience.
Above average computer skills, including the ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm with a high degree of accuracy while talking.
Must be able to navigate withing multiple systems while speaking with customers.
Superior organizational skills, with a high degree of detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to interact in a professional and courteous manner with people at all levels.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Positive attitude is a must.
General office duties as assigned (correspondence, filing, data entry, etc.)
