The Role – What You’ll Do!
This role provides the key administrative support, representative communication, and organization for the 2D Playgrounds Designers and 3D Designer/Illustrators, allowing them to focus on designing the industry’s best 2D proposals and 3D presentations. The Design Team Administrative Assistant reports to the Playground Design Supervisor. You’ll successfully rock this role by:
Supporting Designers and Providing Leading Customer Service to Sales Reps.
Evaluate incoming proposals and 3D requests for completeness and clarity. Proactively follow-up with sales representatives to obtain any missing information before the design process begins.
Coordinate with the Playground Designers, 3D Designers, and Sales Representatives to help organize the incoming design workload.
Fulfill requests from outside representatives for information and documentation on completed playground designs.
Coordinate with the Marketing and IT departments to maintain completeness of catalog structure web pages.
Monitor the Design email account, phone, and respond to general inquiries from Sales Representatives while referring applicable inquiries to Playground Designers and 3D Designers as appropriate.
Communicates clearly, effectively, and efficiently via phone and email to resolve issues and answer questions that arise regarding project specifications and requests.
Prepares additional materials for sales presentations as needed.
Contribute to the Teams!
Collaborates with other members of the Design Department and 3D Design Department to meet Customer needs.
Works with individuals from other departments, including Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Information Systems, Order Entry, and Production to meet organizational needs.
Applies continuous Improvement principles to support individual and organizational growth.
Function as the Primary Backup for the Administrative Assistant
Provide coverage to the reception area – covering phones, greeting visitors and performing other administrative tasks when the Administrative Assistant is not available.

Qualifications That Move Us!
A minimum of an associate degree required in a related field; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Ability to interpret and apply additional industry standards and customer specifications.
Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and efficiently via phone and email.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions in one-on-one and group situations with managers, customers, other employees, and the public.
Organized, detail oriented, team player with strong verbal, time management and written communication skills.
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system a plus.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
