We’re Hiring: Junior Project Admin
Metatech ID is looking for a Junior Project Admin to support project administration, documentation, meeting coordination, and reporting activities across our technology implementation projects.
This role is suitable for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to support project teams by preparing documents, collecting information, tracking follow-up items, and maintaining structured project records.
Role Overview
As a Junior Project Admin, you will assist the project team in handling administrative and documentation activities based on direction from the Project Manager, Project Lead, or relevant team members.
You will help collect project information, prepare meeting notes, update trackers, organize documentation, and report project-related updates or issues in a clear and structured format.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day project administration and documentation activities
- Collect and organize project information, documents, meeting inputs, and follow-up items
- Prepare meeting notes, action item trackers, attendance records, and simple project summaries
- Assist in maintaining project folders, document versioning, and administrative records
- Participate in project meetings, discussions, and coordination activities
- Follow up administrative tasks based on direction from project leads or applicable project processes
- Check documentation completeness and ensure outputs are aligned with project standards
- Support preparation of project reports, progress updates, and issue summaries
- Report blockers, missing documents, pending actions, or administrative issues to the relevant team members
Requirements — Junior Level
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1/D4) in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Project Management, or other relevant fields
- 1–5 years of working experience in project administration, project support, documentation, coordination, or related roles
- Experience or interest in supporting project activities in government and/or private sector environments
- Able to organize information and convert it into clear documentation or reporting formats
- Detail-oriented, structured, and able to follow directions and defined processes
- Good communication, documentation, and reporting skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools
