Azeus Systems Limited is looking for an Admin Assistant to be part of our growing support team.
Responsibilities
Compile artefacts/ data / statistic / documents / information in an organized manner as required.
Assist in project coordination and tracking of tasks including follow-up with other stakeholders to provide requests on time on a regular basis
Monitor issues and help ensure that the team’s investigation and resolution are provided and tracked to closure
Help in the revisions needed in the document templates
Help in the on-boarding of new team members
Render general administrative support
Qualifications
A Bachelors degree holder in any course
Flexible, willing to work on various administrative tasks across various projects
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and multi task in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
Excellent time management skills
Fast learner, analytical, methodical and well-organized
Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Good written and oral communication skills
Can adapt to changing shift schedules
Current regular shift 6:00 AM 3:00 PM 10:00 AM 7:00 PM 1:00 PM 10:00 PM
Adhoc shift based on need 3:00 PM 12:00 AM 10:00 PM 7:00 AM
Contract employment for 6 months
