Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Admin. The experienced Project Admin will be responsible for supporting project coordination, maintaining project documentation, managing schedules, and assisting in communication between team members. The role includes organizing project details, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company and project-specific requirements to ensure smooth operation and successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project coordination, scheduling, and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of audio visual lighting, and electrical systems or a willingness to learn
- Experienced minimum 3 years as Project Admin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and document preparation
- Background Administration, Project Management, or a related field is advantageous
