Title: Project Admin Freelance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly forecasting and billing administration.
  • Review and update project tracking files, including CE Approval, Vendor PO, and Vendor Invoice records.
  • Input billable job numbers into the company ledger.
  • Handle vendor registration documentation and coordinate submissions to the Finance team.
  • Create and manage CE, PO, BAST, and billing documents.
  • Process vendor invoices and client billing submissions.
  • Coordinate agreement and NDA requirements with the Legal team.
  • Distribute e-Bupot/WHT slips to vendors.
  • Prepare budget tracking, sales reports, forecasts, and supporting documentation.
  • Support administrative and financial operations across projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient in Adobe PDF.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Able to work on full WFO working arrangement with 6 months working period.

Nice to have:

  • Experience using ERP, accounting, or finance systems such as SAP, Accurate, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with JobBag is a strong advantage.
  • Previous experience handling billing, invoicing, vendor management, or finance administration processes.
