Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly forecasting and billing administration.
- Review and update project tracking files, including CE Approval, Vendor PO, and Vendor Invoice records.
- Input billable job numbers into the company ledger.
- Handle vendor registration documentation and coordinate submissions to the Finance team.
- Create and manage CE, PO, BAST, and billing documents.
- Process vendor invoices and client billing submissions.
- Coordinate agreement and NDA requirements with the Legal team.
- Distribute e-Bupot/WHT slips to vendors.
- Prepare budget tracking, sales reports, forecasts, and supporting documentation.
- Support administrative and financial operations across projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in Adobe PDF.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Able to work on full WFO working arrangement with 6 months working period.
Nice to have:
- Experience using ERP, accounting, or finance systems such as SAP, Accurate, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with JobBag is a strong advantage.
- Previous experience handling billing, invoicing, vendor management, or finance administration processes.
