Project Administrator Job in Rouse Hill NSW at UGL Limited –
Job Purpose:
To provide professional administration and documentation support to the projects as required.
Position is based in Rouse Hill.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Ensure a safe working condition is present for all employees, contractors and visitors.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems such as job safety analysis, pre-work checklists and risk assessments.
Report hazards, incidents and accidents within company guidelines.
Actively participate in regular learning and development programs to continually enhance and further develop skills and continuously improve capabilities and performance.
Assist with safety sectors of reports, tenders and proposals.
Purchase of materials, equipment and consumables including co-ordination of delivery to site.
SAP raising and maintenance of purchase orders, including goods receipt, journals and queries (incl processing through VIMS).
Maintain site PEMS (Purchase and Expense Management System) records.
Conduct wages payroll administration.
Maintain a filing system of site documentation, ensure that information is available when required.
Proactively continuously monitor and evaluation systems and procedures specific to site works to ensure that they are up to date, compliant and up to date in line with best practice.
Project travel and accommodation procurer incl reconciliation of monthly statements.
Roster administration as well as setting up logins, ICT equipment, desk space, etc for new starters.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
Experience in SAP purchasing and payroll functions essential.
Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands.
