About the Role:
You will play a vital role in ensuring project documentation and key information are accurately uploaded and maintained across client and project portals. Key Responsibilities:
Uploading project documents, certificates, and reports to various client portals
Ensuring all data and files are accurately named, categorised, and maintained
Managing deadlines to ensure timely submissions
Liaising with internal teams to gather required documentation
Updating internal trackers and maintaining compliance records
Supporting wider administrative tasks within the department
About You:
Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident using online portals and Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience within the construction sector is advantageous but not essential
