About the Company:
Our client is a growing construction company based in Melbourne’s south-east, delivering a range of high-quality residential and commercial builds. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a proactive Project Administrator who can support the delivery team and bring a working knowledge of estimating or cost tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist project managers with documentation, scheduling, and workflow coordination
Prepare and maintain contracts, compliance documents, and OH&S paperwork
Track project timelines and coordinate suppliers, subcontractors, and deliveries
Support progress claims, variations, and procurement documentation
Maintain accurate records in internal job management systems
Assist with reviewing estimates, comparing quotes, and tracking project costs
What You’ll Need:
Experience in a project admin or coordination role within construction
Exposure to estimating, take-offs, or reviewing cost breakdowns
Strong communication, multitasking, and organisational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and job management tools (e.g., Procore, Buildxact, etc.)
A keen eye for detail and confidence working with numbers and documentation
