Position Summary:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Administrator. The Project Administrator will be responsible for document management for the jobsite, including Submittals, RFIs, OAC meetings, and assistance to Project Manager & Project Superintendent on the project.
You will be able gain valuable experience with project administration and communications, along with getting exposure to the technical aspects of constructing a project. This position is the initial step in developing managerial and communication skills for construction management.
Key Responsibilities:
-Submittal and shop drawing review and coordination
-Participation in/documentation of project coordination meetings
-Utilize construction management software such as Autodesk, Bluebeam, MS Project.
-Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of construction plans
-Coordinate project scheduling and monitor timelines to meet deadlines
-Maintenance of As-Built plans
-Quality control and project closeout
– Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers to facilitate project build-outs

-Strong organizational and time management skills
-A strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-Proficiency in Autodesk, Bluebeam, and other construction management software
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
-Strong project scheduling and coordination skills
-Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols
-Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field , or equivalent experience.
-Must be willing to travel/relocate to projects.
