As we continue to deliver & evolve, we are looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join our team.

About the role – this role can be based in Adelaide, North Sydney or Brisbane

The Project Administrator is responsible for providing professional administration and documentation support to the project as required.

You will

Purchase of materials, equipment and consumables including co-ordination of delivery to site

SAP input and maintenance of purchase orders, including goods receipt, journals, and queries

Maintain project Concur & Corporate Card expense records

Reconcile data from accounts department with site records

Maintain systems and procedures for contractual requirements

Conduct regular GRIR reconciliations

Assist with data for preparation of reports

Provide administration support to the site project team

Support end of month process as required

Maintain a filing system of site documentation, ensure that information is available when required

Provision of other administrative assistance, as required and requested by the Project Manager and Operations Manager

Organisation of corporate functions

Payroll administration

Undertake all responsibilities in a safe manner

Ensure a safe working condition is present for all employees, contractors, and visitors.

Participate in daily pre-start meetings

Essential

Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administration role

Proficient skills in computers: MS Word, Excel, Access, email etc.

Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.

Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
