Responsibilities
Administrative support to the Service Manager or Service Manager’s delegates in contract supervision;
Organize meetings, compilation of spreadsheets and documents drafting;
Prepare works order, record keeping, progress supervision and complaint handling;
Other duties assigned by the Service Manager or Service Manager’s delegates
4-year contract basis
Requirements
University graduate in Management/ Language or related disciplines;
Good command of written English and Chinese
Experience in engineering field is advantage
