Your role in our team
The Project Assistant will be responsible for taking on administrative tasks as directed by the project management team, ensuring smooth communication among all parties involved. This role involves active participation in all project phases, leading to a variety of responsibilities. The Project Assistant will also be involved in project planning and documentation..
Main Responsibilities
Support our Project Management team on keeping Project Excellence activities updated
Support in the preparation of project plans
Management of the project office tasks
Internal and external communication
Preparation and follow-up of meetings and presentations
Acting as a stand-in for the Project Manager when needed
General organizational tasks to ensure efficient project flow
Your profile
Previous experience in project assistance or similar administrative roles (preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken forms
Experience with project management tools (such as MS Project, SAP or others) is a plus
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Fluent in English
Excel
