About the Role
Tech Spectrum is hiring on behalf of our client for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Assistant to support project coordination, documentation, and team operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy structured work, managing deadlines, and ensuring project workflows run smoothly.
You will assist project managers, track progress, communicate with internal teams, and help ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing, planning, and tracking project tasks and deliverables
- Prepare project documents, status reports, meeting notes, and follow-up summaries
- Coordinate communication between project managers, clients, and internal teams
- Maintain project calendars and assist with scheduling calls or virtual meetings
- Monitor deadlines, update trackers, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Support data collection, research, and documentation for ongoing projects
- Manage shared folders, records, and project-related documentation
- Help identify project issues or delays and escalate when needed
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the project team
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in project coordination, project assistance, or administrative support is preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Notion, ClickUp, or similar) is an advantage
- Good command of MS Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented and proactive with a problem-solving mindset
- Must be based in India and available for India business hours
