About the Role
RecSkills is supporting its client in hiring a highly organized and proactive Project Assistant to assist with day-to-day project coordination and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys managing multiple tasks, and can help keep projects on track in a fully remote setting.
You will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timelines, communication, and deliverables are well managed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting notes.
- Follow up with team members on deadlines and action items.
- Support communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Organize files, documents, and shared project resources.
- Assist with research, data entry, and preparation of project materials.
- Identify and escalate project risks or delays when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in project coordination, administration, or support roles is an asset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
