Duties And Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for Planning, Design, & Construction department.

Responsibilities include:

Scheduling, preparing agendas, creating meeting notes, meeting coordination, and action-item tracking.

Providing administrative support for planning, design, and construction projects as assigned.

Physical and digital document management and organization.

Data entry and database use.

Invoice/pay-app processing.

Special projects and miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Physical Demands
Occasionally transport up to 30 pounds. Occasionally climb ladders and otherwise access hard to reach locations in and around buildings. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
