We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our organization. As a Project Coordinator you will support departmental and organizational projects by scheduling and coordinating meetings. You will support resources such as templates, meeting notes, task plans, and job aids. You can expect to contribute to defining project requirements and plans by facilitating definition sessions. You will contribute to compiling data and information for Project and Process Management (PPM) organizational reporting by providing project status updates.
You will serve as an administrator and trainer for project management system, Wrike, and act as a liaison for system functionality and troubleshooting.
To thrive in this role, you should have three to five years of similar or related experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or certifications in Project Management or Lean/Six Sigma preferred. This position is one-part administrative coordination and one-part internal member service and support. This might be the role for you if you enjoy work requiring business perspective, collaboration, problem solving and critical thinking.
Key Skills and Experience:
Supports PPM projects and processes by ensuring tasks and projects are aligned with the project management framework and tools.
Schedules project meetings for internal project teams and external vendors, developing agendas with project leads and facilitating when necessary.
Maintains PPM documentation by organizing and indexing all project documentation including review of project management templates and job aids and providing status reports on a consistent basis.
Performs clerical tasks including documentation of meeting notes, following up with stakeholders on action items, and editing of technical documentation as directed by Project Managers or Project ManagementLeadership.
Coordinates departmental and organizational projects by collaborating with project teams and leads to organize and track project plans, schedules, and details.
Supports development and revision of project documentation by collaborating with project teams, subject matter experts, and leads to gather research and facilitate editing of documents.
Completes tasks associated with the project’s objectives and scope in alignment with the project management framework and tools.
