A Day in the Life
The Administrative Assistant role is responsible for managing educational initiatives across the Diabetes commercial sector for both internal and external customers.
MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide general administrative support, including preparing communications and maintaining schedules.
Perform office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; arranging meetings and conferences; gathering, compiling, and reporting information relevant to supervisor’s assignments.
Administer inter-department or inter-unit programs or processes.
Coordinate travel and submit expenses.
Report complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR).
Complete administrative tasks including weekly call reports, expense reports, PowerPoint slide formatting, etc.
Additional Responsibilities
Attend and participate in educational sessions (patient and HCPs) and training programs.
Participate in regional and divisional events, including National Sales Meetings if required.

Autonomy: Entry-level position requiring little to no prior experience. Works on well-defined administrative tasks under close supervision.

Minimum Qualifications
No prior experience required; familiarity with Microsoft Office.
