Position: Project Coordinator for Hydrovac Services
Join Aecon Utilities as a Project Coordinator specializing in Hydrovac Services in the GTA. Focus on scheduling and operational coordination while ensuring compliance and efficiency.
In this role, you will support daily Hydrovac operations by managing scheduling and dispatching tasks effectively. Reporting to the Sr. Project Coordinator, you’ll collaborate closely with field teams and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate service delivery while maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and update the Hydrovac Schedule Database
• Confirm and process Hydrovac field requests swiftly
• Coordinate tasks for internal crews and subcontractor support
• Track and report KPIs for operational performance
• Ensure compliance with client and MOE disposal requirements
Requirements:
• Diploma or Certificate in related technical field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in scheduling or project management
• Strong organizational skills with high-volume request management
• Knowledge of scheduling tools and MS Office
• Excellent communication abilities with stakeholders
