We are looking for a Project Coordinator (Licensing Administrator – West) to join Broker Link working at one of our locations in Alberta on a Permanent (FT or PT)
basis .

What the Role Entails:
Assist with licensing administration and renewal cycles
Assist with acquisitions and the license transition
Liaise with new and existing employees regarding licensing processes
Assist with monitoring of licensing requirements and compliance
Provide back-up duties for other administrative duties and projects as required
The Successful candidate will have:

High School and/or Post-Secondary Education
2 – 5 years’ experience in an office environment
AIC General Insurance Licence 1 or 2 or willing to obtain
Strong communication skills
Computer skills – Keyboarding and MS Office
Exposure to Epic is an asset
Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Strong time management and organizational skills
Conscientious and able to maintain confidentiality
