Job Description

Review existing warehouse processes to identify potential areas for improvement. Collaborate with team members to gather feedback on current procedures and pain points.

Work closely with senior team members to assist in the drafting and updating of standard operating procedures.

Support in the organization and maintenance of document repositories, ensuring documents are stored in an easily accessible manner. Assist in version control and categorization of documents.

Update records and documentation regularly. Ensure that the most recent versions of SOPs are available to relevant staff members.

Attend team meetings to stay informed about ongoing warehouse projects and initiatives. Contribute insights and observations related to process improvements

Assist in facilitating communication between warehouse operations and other departments. Relay feedback from team members and assist in addressing concerns.

Collaborate with team members on small-scale continuous improvement projects. Assist in gathering data, analyzing trends, and proposing minor process changes.


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Strong background and passionate about Warehouse Project and Facility Management

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Powerpoint)

Good communication skills are required to liaise with all levels of stakeholders
