Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and front desk management.
Prepare and transcribe meeting notes, reports, and other documents as needed.
Manage office operations including filing, document organization, and maintaining office supplies.
Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data management, and communication.
Assist with financial tasks using QuickBooks for invoicing and expense tracking.
Coordinate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and project management.
Handle DocuSign processes for document approvals and signatures efficiently.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an executive assistant or in other administrative roles is preferred.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is required; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
Experience with office management tasks including filing systems and clerical duties.
Ability to transcribe notes accurately and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

Pay: $71,381.00 – $74,101.00 per year
