Manage and implement projects to agreed timelines and within budget.

A B2B organisation who is an administrator for many essential funds and grants on behalf of major companies, authorities and charities. With a headcount of just 45 people, the organisation has a very personable culture, and good social environment. Many staff having come from large corporate businesses and enjoy this culture and that decisions can be made and implemented swiftly.
Main Responsibilities:
To support the business in managing the successful delivery of specific projects on time and in budget
To support the business in scoping new projects and managing the project governance
Work collaboratively with the rest of the business to support the delivery of the assigned project to defined cost, schedule, and quality requirements
To bring clarity to project planning and work with the business to ensure the best outcomes
To produce project plans and status reports in line with internal project governance
To supportcontinuous improvementthrough identifying and implementing improvements to business processes
Play an active part in lessons identified and embed a culture ofcontinuous improvement
Knowledge, Experience and Competencies
Minimum of 2 years experience successful project delivery
Experience of project methodologies such as PRINCE2 or other recognised frameworks
Experience ofprocess improvementand lean techniques (desirable)
Competent in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, Visio and Power Point
A goal-oriented mindset with ability to take initiative
Excellent planning and organisational skills
A good communicator, verbal and written communications, and ability to use relationship skills to get the best project outcomes
