Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate
Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
Regular attendance and punctuality
Communicate with clients and the laboratory regarding general/ technical issues and questions about analyses, turnaround times, sample status, results, etc. via phone and e-mail
Provide verbal and written quotations, perform quote follow up for assigned accounts
Relay technical information between the client and the laboratory via telephone, e-mail, and face-to-face meetings
Review client requests and requirements for projects
Coordinate client project from beginning to end
Audit sample logins for accuracy
Obtain appropriate work authorization documents (purchase order or signed quote) indicating project acceptance
Update internal systems with administrative and technical information about clients
Identify and investigate administrative and technical problems and coordinate resolution/corrective action
Attend meetings within the laboratory
Assist with financial, purchase order, and late payment issues for assigned accounts as needed
Administrative activities (photocopying, word processing, paperwork delivery, etc.)
Cross-training and/or assisting in other departments
Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
Performs other duties as assigned
Role is 1st Shift, M-F 8am-5pm.
Basic Minimum Qualifications
Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship
Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field
Customer Service or related experience
Ideal Candidates will have:
At least 2 years of customer service experience
Some prior lab or project management experience
Salary range: $50,000-60,000/yr
Please note – Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) provides a compensation range for informational purposes, the actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill set, base salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location.
