Description

This position requires a candidate with a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. The work setting is primarily in the private sector and in rural areas.

Tasks

Implement and evaluate new administrative procedures

Delegate tasks to support staff and oversee office operations

Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met

Manage administrative activities, including record release policies under government legislation

Coordinate office services such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security

Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintain inventory controls

Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence

Train staff and oversee administrative procedures

Resolve conflicts and oversee payroll administration

Plan and control budgets and expenditures

Supervision

Supervise 3-4 staff members.

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
