Project/ Office Assistant (Part-time) Jobs in Irvine, CA at TYLin
Ann Arbor Sand & Gravel is looking for a year round Office Coordinator.
Duties of the position is as follows:
Collect tickets from trucks taking and dropping off material.
Verifying the amount of inbound material brought in by customer.
Coordinate with site personal as to where material should be dropped or loaded.
Billing of inbound material on AS400.
Collection of payment via credit card, check, cash or on account.
Light equipment use limited to street sweeping via Bobcat.
The ideal candidate should be capable of working under limited supervision and self motived to identify potential issues before they become a problem. Skills need the ability to use MS Excel and Outlook. This position is expected to handle money.
This is a Monday to Friday job with occasional Saturdays.
Over time after 40 hours at time and half
