Role Description The Project Secretary is a full-time, on-site role based in Semarang, responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to project teams. This role includes preparing and managing project documentation, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and assisting with reporting and communication between internal stakeholders and clients. The Project Secretary will handle correspondence, support executives with project-related administrative tasks, and ensure that deadlines and project milestones are tracked accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Office Administration, Management, Accounting, Secretarial, or related majors).
- At least 1 year of experience as an Admin, Project Administrator, Secretary, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, able to prioritize tasks, and responsible.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic English proficiency is a plus.
- Willing to work in Semarang
